A powerful nor'easter dumped floodwaters into Surf City, New Jersey over the weekend, turning suburban streets into waterways. A resident captured video of a shark's dorsal fin cutting through the water in a driveway before it headed toward Barnegat Bay. Shark researcher Greg Skomal identified it as a smooth dogfish, a small species common to the area and harmless to humans.
