Brian Troupe, a 16-year-old from Maryland, runs Troupe's Treats, a business selling ice cream directly to boaters on the Bohemia River. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell from a stationary pier location in 2025 that brought in nearly $6,000, he pivoted to delivering treats by a small jon boat he purchased for about $700. The venture grew substantially, with Troupe reporting over $25,000 in sales last summer after upgrading his freezer and boat.
