GoKawiilMusk says Neuralink's Blindsight implant is engineering-complete, awaits regulators
Elon Musk announced on X that Neuralink's second implant, Blindsight, is finished from an engineering perspective and now only needs regulatory approval. He claims the device could restore sight to people who are completely blind or have never seen, including those without prior vision. This follows Neuralink's first product, Telepathy, which lets users control computers by thought and has already been used by a patient to play World of Warcraft.
