TripleTen survey: employee-driven AI skills often become standard company practice
A TripleTen survey finds that when managers learn a new AI-related skill or automation process from an employee, 88% of those employee-led innovations go on to become standard company practice. The survey also found that only 30% of managers rank the ability to judge whether AI output is correct as an absolute-must skill, placing it sixth of seven skills measured.
