Court rules X still holds rights to 'Twitter' and 'Tweet' trademarks

A federal court rejected claims by rival startup Project Bluebird that X Corp. had abandoned the TWITTER, TWEET and Bird Logo trademarks after Elon Musk rebranded the platform.
