GoKawiilSalesforce to acquire defense logistics startup Rune Technologies for $375M
Salesforce has agreed to buy Rune Technologies, a startup whose AI software helps the U.S. military forecast supply needs and manage field logistics, for $375 million in cash and stock, according to Resilience Media. Rune, founded in 2024, had raised $30 million from backers including Andreessen Horowitz, Point72 Ventures and IQT, and was last valued at $127 million.
