Video Rebirth has published HyperFlow H3 Flash, a distilled version of the 31B-parameter MiniMax-H3 model that generates synchronized video and stereo audio in just 4-8 sampling steps without classifier-free guidance. The model, shrunk to roughly 13.7-13.9B parameters, is available in GGUF and INT8 formats and can run on consumer GPUs with 24GB+ VRAM, with NVIDIA's SOL-H3 enabling real-time generation on 4x Blackwell GPUs.
