Gun-rights activist Cody Wilson has released an AI chatbot called GatGPT, trained on his DEFCAD library of digital gun designs, that can help users select parts and design firearms through conversation. He says he used it to create a working 3D-printed .22 caliber pistol called the WASP, which he describes as the first AI-made gun and which lacks a serial number.
