GoKawiilBlizzard's WoW: Forever expands original Azeroth with 1,000 new quests
Blizzard is developing World of Warcraft: Forever, a remaster that builds out the original 2004 Azeroth setting instead of following the game's later expansions. The update adds more than 1,000 new quests, new zones like Mount Hyjal, fresh dungeons and raids, rebalanced classes and items, a new lighting system, and a new playable race called the Skyborne Elves. Lead encounter designer Michael Nuthals is part of the team building the project, which was announced at BlizzCon.
