The 0GB dummy kits are available across the US, UK and parts of Europe for the Manta XSky and XFinity lines, while the half-real 1+1 kits are so far limited to the UK and Germany and only for the XSky model, priced roughly between $43 and $384 depending on speed, capacity and region.
