Lululemon shares sink 20% on weak Q2 sales; Zscaler beats estimates

Lululemon reported a 4% revenue decline and 9% drop in comparable sales for its second fiscal quarter, sending shares down over 20%. Interim CEO Meghan Frank pointed to negative social media chatter and slower-than-expected demand for core products like leggings, ahead of incoming CEO Heidi O'Neill's start next week. Meanwhile, cybersecurity firm Zscaler topped fourth-quarter expectations with revenue up 25% year-over-year, though its stock has lagged industry peers despite rising AI-related security demand.

Zscaler shares jump after Q4 revenue and EPS beat estimates

Zscaler reported fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.19 per share on revenue of $898 million, topping Wall Street forecasts of $1.09 and $877 million respectively. Revenue climbed 25% year-over-year, and annual recurring revenue reached $3.77 billion, while the company's net loss narrowed to $3.4 million from $17.6 million a year earlier. CEO Jay Chaudhry credited demand for the company's Zero Trust cloud security architecture, including a new version built for AI agents, for the strong results.
