On Tuesday, the parties in the lawsuit filed a motion indicating their agreement with the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals. We don't yet know the terms of the settlement, but we could know more as soon as next week. Justin Nelson, lawyer for the authors, told CNET via email that more information will be announced soon.
