MicroSD cards seem to be the preferred storage for Raspberry Pis and many other SBCs. Of course, there's other applications for microSD cards -- cameras, smart phones, gaming consoles...and other stuff I'm sure. But sooner or later, people start to run into issues with their microSD cards, which begs a question -- just how reliable are they? When I first started searching around for an answer, I got a range of different answers -- some people said "modern flash should last practically forever";

If I had to average a list of numbers, I would probably do it like this: averagelist(List, Avg) :- length(List, N), sumlist(List, Sum), Avg is Sum / N. This resembles the actual mathematical definition. Then you could just make a list of numbers and average that. @lurker is right, this is a terrible way to go, but it would work: average(N, Avg) :- findall(I, between(1, N, I), Is), averagelist(Is, Avg). This is building up abstraction. But of course, this is for a class and the important thin

Introduction One of the key insights from queuing theory is that the average queue size for an unbounded system tends to increase significantly as utilization approaches 100%. Theoretical models show no bound to this increase and at 100% utilization the resulting average queue size grows toward infinity. This is important because queues themselves consume resources, be it memory or disk space on a computer or factory floor space in a plant. In an ideal world, we wouldn’t need queues. Who likes

Carlos Ribeiro / Android Authority Fast-charging technology has been around for many years now, morphing through many forms across the best smartphones of the last decade. Chinese brands have long led the way in terms of power and speed, evolving from once ground-breaking 40W capabilities in HUAWEI’s early SuperCharge models to over 100W via HyperCharge and other standards. While faster charging times have been a boon for us power users, ever-higher power levels have rightly led many to be skep
