It’s been a few weeks since the last wave of public betas shipped. But today the wait is over.
iPadOS 27 public beta 3 is rolling out now, alongside new betas for tvOS 27, HomePod 27, and more.
We’re now only a month away from the public launch of these major new software versions. And public beta 3 brings a more stable, smoother round of updates.
New in iPadOS 27 public beta 3:
Apple’s public beta 3 updates are the exact same builds that shipped to developers yesterday under the ‘beta 5’ label.
And after a day of use so far, they seem in much better shape than the previous betas.
You’ll still encounter bugs here and there. But Apple has clearly made a lot of progress in the last few weeks getting these updates ready to ship next month.
