Wearable AI pendants are nothing new, and neither are AI desktop companions. However, at IFA 2026, Singapore-based company Lingverse is showcasing a modular AI wearable that can both sit at your desk and hang around your neck.

The company calls it iKairos, and its modular design lets it learn about the user’s life from different perspectives. At a desk, it will observe and interact with users like any other desktop AI robot. However, users can pop it out of its robot body and slot it into a necklace to take it with them on the go.

As a result, iKairos can capture contextual data about the user across multiple environments. It will then feed this data into LifeOS — Lingverse’s AI operating system — which will use it to surface relevant and (hopefully) useful suggestions for the user.

An example shared by Lingverse has iKairos recognizing a recurring topic of conversation — sailing — that never seems to go anywhere in reality. It can then suggest that the wearer take a sailing lesson on the weekend.
