Apple has released the first iOS 27 release candidate for testing. The update brings Apple’s next major iPhone software release one step closer to public launch, with Siri AI leading the list of changes.

Apple also introduced a dedicated Siri app for returning to previous conversations, a new interface centered on the Dynamic Island, and a Siri mode in Camera that brings Visual Intelligence into the experience.
Beyond Siri, Apple has announced AI features across Photos, Safari, Mail, Messages, Shortcuts, and other apps.
