GoKawiilWalmart honors $1,099 price tag on $2,299 CyberPowerPC gaming desktop
A Reddit user reported buying two CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme gaming desktops from a Walmart store shelf priced at $1,099 each, despite the listed retail price of $2,299 on Walmart's website. The store reportedly honored the lower price for both units, though it remains unclear whether this was an intentional sale or a pricing error. Each system includes an AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D CPU, an Nvidia RTX 5070 GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD.

The discount is notable given rising PC component costs, as memory chip shortages and constrained GPU supply have pushed prices higher across the industry, according to the report. This makes isolated pricing errors like this one especially valuable to shoppers, though such deals are typically unintentional and unlikely to be repeated or guaranteed at other stores. It also highlights how inconsistent in-store pricing can still occasionally benefit consumers even as list prices climb.
