Apple is selling refurbished Apple TV 4K units at reduced prices amid broader hardware price increases in 2026. The 64GB third-generation model now costs $169, a $30 cut from its regular price, while the 128GB version with an Ethernet port is down to $209, a $40 savings. Both refurbished units carry the same one-year warranty as new devices.
Apple has begun bundling Apple TV and Apple Arcade subscriptions into its 50GB iCloud+ plan at no extra cost across more than 100 countries, mostly smaller and price-sensitive markets. Some regions will also gain an 'Apple Music Select' tier with ad-free radio stations, with an option to upgrade to full Apple Music at a discount. Notably, the United States is not among the eligible countries.
Apple announced five new titles joining Apple Arcade next month: Pusheen's Place, River City Survivors, Terraria+, Touchgrind BMX 2+, and 4 Pics 1 Word+. The '+' titles are ad-free, purchase-free versions of existing App Store games, while Pusheen's Place and River City Survivors are entirely new releases.
Apple Arcade will exclusively debut Pusheen's Place on October 1st, the popular cartoon cat's first video game. Players can collect and care for over 100 Pusheen variations while completing minigames like Snack Stack, Parfait Pop, and Batch Match, and decorating rooms for characters such as Pusheenicorn and Pancake Pusheen. Developers plan to keep expanding the game with new Pusheens, decor themes, and features after launch.
Apple Arcade launched Retro Bowl College+ on August 6, a version of New Star Games' 2023 college football spin-off. The game lets players manage one of over 250 college teams using simple swipe-based controls for passing, running and kicking, while defense is handled by the game's simulation. Off the field, players must juggle roster morale, player ratings, facility upgrades and team budgets.
Apple Arcade has released a limited-time crossover between Sneaky Sasquatch and Subway Surfers+, running through October 7, giving players four character skins, two hoverboards, and a reimagined level themed around Sasquatch Valley. Apple also released a set of Sneaky Sasquatch stickers for iMessage, and confirmed a separate birdwatching-themed update for Sneaky Sasquatch arriving September 17.
