GoKawiilCrisp & Green to acquire 33 MAD Greens and Snappy Salads locations
Minneapolis-based Crisp & Green has agreed to buy 33 MAD Greens and Snappy Salads restaurants from Salad Collective, the Coors family's restaurant group. The acquired sites will be converted to the Crisp & Green brand over time, expanding its presence in Phoenix, Austin, Denver and Dallas. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the Coors family will remain involved as a minority strategic partner.
