That's $500 off list price and actually cheaper than the same bundle cost when it was featured back in April, despite rising component prices industry-wide.
Computer memory listed as 16GB or 32GB RAM refers to DRAM, the temporary working memory that loses its contents once power is cut, requiring constant electrical refreshes to hold data while running. SRAM, used in processor caches like AMD's Ryzen 9 9950X3D with 144MB of cache, is also volatile but doesn't need refresh cycles and offers faster access due to its transistor-based latching design. Both differ fundamentally from non-volatile storage, which retains data without power.
Corsair is offering discounts of up to 23% on its Vengeance RGB DDR5-6400 memory kits in 32GB and 64GB capacities. The 64GB kit uses four 16GB modules running at DDR5-6400 with 32-40-40-84 timings and 1.4V, while the 32GB kit shares the same specs and comes in white, black, and RGB variants.
