Foodnevercomes

1 GoKawiil brief on this topic

FoodNeverComes, a fake food-delivery site, draws 2.7m visitors

Two 26-year-old developers from Udaipur, India, Purvansh Parmar and Anshul Sharma, built FoodNeverComes, a website that simulates ordering food from 22 cuisines without any real transaction or delivery. Users browse 327 dishes and 319 recipes, add items to a cart, watch a fake checkout total, and receive an AI-generated call from a 'rider' who says he cannot find their address, since no food is ever prepared or sent. The site says it has drawn over 2.7 million visitors since launching in June.
