German American Marketing, which runs the Christmas Village and Made in Philadelphia markets at Dilworth and LOVE parks, told vendors shoppers will no longer be allowed inside booths this holiday season. Instead, most booths will get sales counters or barriers, with staff retrieving merchandise for customers, a shift the organizer says is needed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act after 32 months of review with legal experts and disability advocates.
