GoKawiilInsta360 confirms it is developing mirrorless cameras and smart glasses
Insta360 cofounder Max Richter says the company, having sold its 10 millionth 360-degree camera and opened a flagship store in Times Square, wants to become a top imaging or even tech company, rivaling Canon, Sony, Nikon and Fujifilm. Founder JK Liu has separately confirmed two mirrorless cameras are in development, one with an unusual design, and Richter says any Insta360 smart glasses would prioritize easy high-quality capture over AI assistant features.
