GoKawiilTilly Norwood's 'Talking Tilly' hotline runs mandatory face and mood scans on every caller
Xicoia Ltd, the company behind viral AI character Tilly Norwood, offers a video-call service called Talking Tilly that requires callers to pass an automated age check using a selfie analyzed by verification firm Didit before they can connect. During the call itself, the system also continuously reads the caller's facial expressions and vocal tone to gauge their mood, a feature the company says cannot be turned off for any single call.
