We were alerted to an image duplication between one panel of Fig. 4d in this article and Fig. 3l in another publication from our group1. The bioluminescence images for the two studies are from different experiments but were jointly acquired between July and October 2012. Figure 3l in ref. 1 is correct but was inadvertently duplicated in this article. We have now corrected Fig. 4d with the original bioluminescence data2. Panel “Inpp5dfl/fl Day 6” in Extended Data Fig. 6e contained an inadvertent duplication. The corrected figure and source data with time stamps are provided2. The corrected Fig. 4d and Extended Data Fig. 6e are also provided in the Supplementary Information accompanying this amendment.
