8 Foods With Microplastics Hidden in Them and How to Limit Your Consumption

It's official: Microplastics are in more than just fish. They seem to be in everything now, even mundane things like chewing gum. UCLA researchers found that microplastics are released directly into our mouths each time we chew a piece. In addition to that, a new study published in Chemistry for Life tested 10 chewing gum brands and found every single one contained microplastics. With something as common as chewing gum becoming a delivery system for microplastics, many people are concerned abou

That's not to say every single open-source title is worth your time and effort, but there are plenty of FOSS apps that are not only worth your time but also some of the best in class. Also: I upgraded to Android 16 - here's what I love a

Gear News of the Week: Samsung’s Trifold Promise, Ikea’s Sonos Split, and Hugging Face’s New Robot

Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event in Brooklyn earlier this week debuted seven new devices, from the Galaxy Z Fold7 to the Galaxy Watch8 series. Robinhood is up 160% this year, but several obstacles are ahead

Robinhood stock hit an all-time high Friday as the financial services platform continued to rip higher this year, along with bitcoin and other crypto stocks. Robinhood, up more than 160% in 2025, hit an intraday high above $101 before pulling back and closing slightly lower. The reversal came after a Bloomberg report that JPMorgan plans to start charging fintechs for access to customer bank data, a move that could raise costs across the industry. CEO David Zaslav turned down a script for a Black Superman movie in 2022 because he felt it was too woke. According to the WSJ, the Black Superman script, which was
