Microsoft has resolved a known issue that triggers invalid Windows Firewall errors after rebooting Windows 11 24H2 systems with the June 2025 preview update installed. The bug has been fixed in the KB5062660 preview cumulative update for Windows 11 24H2, released on Tuesday, with the fix to be made generally available to all users who will install the August Patch Tuesday updates.
